About ERICKA With 25 years in education, retired from Rowan-Salisbury School System served as a lead teacher known for exceeding student growth expectations in multiple grade levels.
My expertise spans from classroom teaching, community advocacy and tutoring, all driven by a passion for scholar’s success.
Professional Experience:
• Educator & Tutor: Led scholars to exceed growth targets through engaging, personalized instruction.
• Community Advocate & Volunteer: Sponsored intervention/enrichment workshops, hands-on activities, and served at the local community center.
• Royal House Tutoring Service: Founded to address the lack of affordable, high-quality tutoring for families, focusing on small-group and one-on - one instruction for maximum impact.
Teaching Philosophy:
My approach integrates communication, collaboration, adaptability, empathy, and engagement. I believe forming strong relationships with students and families will foster deeper learning, understanding and confidence.
